Italiaoutdoors Food and Wine creates very special and intimate custom ski and snowboard tours for the winter sport enthusiast and lover of the Italian Dolce Vite. For groups as small as 4 guests, we can create a highly personalized program around your abilities, interests, and desires.
Our unique trips can be designed for every budget, with each custom tour including daily wine tastings and activities tailored to all ski levels, from shorter trails and groomed terrain for relaxed athletes to classic peaks of the majestic Dolomite Mountains for the advanced skier. Dates are available beginning December 2013. Trips are all-inclusive, with the exception of air, and can be arranged from a mini-holiday of five days to a more comprehensive tour of two weeks. As an example, a week-long adventure with your own private guides starts as low as $3000 per person and can be customized to include any level of accommodations, from luxury to clean and comfortable. In addition to the great outdoors, your adventure can include wine tastings, cooking classes, museum visits, guided city tours, shopping, spa visits, or just some down time on your own.

We can base our excursions in the beautiful vibrant northern cities of Bolzano, Trento, and Bressanone (within a short drive of Austrian ski areas). or choose one of the wonderful Dolomite ski areas such as Cortina or Madonna di Campiglio to be our home base during the week. We'll have a wide choice of ski resorts to explore by day, choosing our destination based on the weather conditions, terrain, and snow. In the evening, we'll begin with a private wine tasting, and then head into town where many superb dining possibilities await us. Shopping, cultural events, and museum visits are also available to entertain us during our off-snow hours.
